This is a legal agreement between you, the user (“You”/“User”), and CottCraft, its subsidiaries and affiliates. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile site, applications, products, services, and content (collectively, the “Services”) offered by CottCraft via www.cottcraft.com (the “Platform”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, and any additional terms we may notify you of. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

These Terms are published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 under the Information Technology Act, 2000. This document is an electronic record generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.

All references to “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses, browses, registers, or makes a purchase on the Platform. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms for an indefinite period unless terminated by CottCraft.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after such changes implies your acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.
If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we discover you are ineligible or in violation of applicable laws.

Charges

Access to the Platform is free. However, we reserve the right to introduce subscription or membership fees in the future with prior notice.
You are responsible for any internet/data charges incurred while accessing our Services.

Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Products & Pricing

CottCraft strives to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, cancel orders, or update pricing without prior notice.
Prices and availability are subject to change and may vary across regions.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Delivery timelines depend on your pin code/zip code and courier partner availability.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All requests for returns, exchanges, or cancellations are subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, available at: www.cottcraft.com/policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accuracy or reliability of product descriptions.

Compatibility with your devices or networks.

Limitation of Liability

CottCraft shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Unauthorized access or hacking despite reasonable safeguards.

  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).

Hacking & Security

While we take industry-standard precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyberattacks, viruses, or unauthorized access. You agree that CottCraft is not liable for losses resulting from such events.

Communications

By using our Services, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other electronic means regarding orders, offers, or updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CottCraft, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws/third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through amicable consultation within 15 days.
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Madhubani, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Grievance Redressal

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, CottCraft has appointed a Grievance Officer.

Termination

We may suspend/terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or act unlawfully.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and CottCraft.
