Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At CottCraft, we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted garments created by skilled artisans, blending tradition with modern fashion. Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds, subject to the policy below.

Exchange & Return Process

CottCraft offers an easy Exchange & Return Policy on most products purchased from www.cottcraft.com (except Accessories).

Customers may raise a Return request within 48 hours and an Exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product.

Partial returns are accepted (one or more products from the same order), but complete sets/combos must be returned together.

To avoid disputes, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video and photos while opening the package.

Terms & Conditions

Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original tags & packaging intact.

Exchanges are allowed only with products of equal or higher value.

Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange & Return – Online Process

Log in to your account on www.cottcraft.com.

Go to “My Orders” and place an Exchange/Return request.

Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a Return Pick-up (available at selected locations).

If return pick-up is available:

Pack the product securely (do not seal until checked by pickup staff).

The courier team will verify the product at your doorstep.

A final quality check will be done at our warehouse before approving exchange/refund.

If return pick-up is not available in your location:

(Mention Order ID & Return ID on the package)

Courier charges (up to ₹150 per order) will be reimbursed. Email the courier receipt to support@cottcraft.com.

Courier receipt must clearly mention product weight, addresses, date, and charges.

Cancellation & Refund

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (via “My Orders”).

If the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds are granted only in cases of:

Manufacturing or quality defects.

Package lost in transit.

Incorrect item delivered.

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

Minor variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture.

Products returned in used, washed, altered, or damaged condition.

Refund Timeline:

Once the returned product passes inspection, refunds are processed within 10–15 working days.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Actual credit timeline may vary depending on banks/payment gateways.

Product Disclaimer

Handcrafted Variations: Slight variations in embroidery, design, or color are natural and not considered defects.

Sizing: Refer to the size guide before purchase; minor differences may occur due to fabric characteristics.

Color Display: Product colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

Wash Care: Follow garment care instructions provided. CottCraft is not liable for damage caused by improper washing.

Exclusions from Return & Exchange

Products without tags, used/worn items, altered garments, and Accessories are not eligible.

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Transactional Disputes

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madhubani, Bihar (India).

CottCraft is not liable for delays or issues caused due to bank/payment gateway failures.

Policy Updates

CottCraft reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
