At CottCraft (“Company”), we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a product does not meet your expectations. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.
By placing an order on our website (www.cottcraft.com), you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy without modification.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only applicable on products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products on sale, or custom-ordered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@cottcraft.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
Step 2: We will respond with instructions on how to proceed, including whether the item needs to be sent back to our warehouse.
Step 3: After receiving the returned item in its original condition, we will process the refund or send the replacement product, depending on your request.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.
Items bought on sale or discounted prices are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for a refund.
Customized items (e.g., personalized clothing) are non-returnable unless defective.
Refund Process
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed in the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider.
In the case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID provided.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not in stock, you will be offered a full refund.
In cases where an item is exchanged, shipping fees may apply depending on the product and location.
Shipping Fees for Returns/Exchanges
Domestic Orders: CottCraft covers the cost of return shipping for defective items. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
International Orders: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges for both defective and non-defective items.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cottcraft.com. We will provide a full refund or exchange the item at no additional cost.
Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
